In "Archi", we are looking for a Business Process Monitoring Specialist and his main functions will be:
- Participation in the development of business process monitoring policy;
- Monitoring, evaluation, analysis and reporting of processes according to the policy and periodicity implemented in the company;
- Monitoring of processes in real time and space (including completed and ongoing construction sites);
- Analysis, documentation of violations identified as a result of monitoring and preparation of recommendations for elimination of violations;
- Control of deadlines for implementation of issued recommendations;
- Maintaining a register of process violations and analyzing trends;
- Initiating necessary changes for optimization based on the analysis of existing processes and procedures (including using As-is and To-be models);
- Analysis of compliance of different processes, standards and policies;
- Periodic audit of existing process documents and preparation of recommendations for updating;
- Active communication and feedback with structural units involved in the business process;
- Identification of opportunities for automation of processes in CRM.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in business administration);
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of English;
- High-level knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Visio.
