Construction Project Manager

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed 55 projects and currently have 33 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager at "Archi".

His main functions will be

• Managing the full cycle of the project (planning, implementation, monitoring, completion) within the established deadlines, budget, and quality standards;
• Developing, monitoring the project plan, schedule, and budget;
• Effective coordination with parties involved in the project: hotel brand/operator, client, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, local and international consultants;
• Integrating the brand's (hotel operator's) requirements and standards into the project;
• Revising technical and construction documentation;
• Identifying, analyzing, responding to, and managing key project risks;
• Participating in the selection process of contractors and consultants: preparing, discussing tender proposals, negotiations, and agreement with contractors;
• Managing contracts, controlling changes;
• Coordinating permit and licensing procedures with relevant authorities;
• Producing project documentation and reporting (including status reports for management and clients);
• Regular site visits and monitoring of work production.

Basic requirements

• Higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field;
• At least 5 years of experience in the position of complex project manager;
• At least 5 years of experience working on hotel development projects;
• High-level knowledge of English;
• Knowledge and experience working with MS Excel and MS Project.
