Company "Madarti" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Manager!

The selection process will start immediately upon receiving resumes, so don't delay!

To get to this position, you will have to go through the following stages of selection:

• Interview with HR specialist;

• Interview with the Head of Human Resource Management;

• Internship stage at the branch.

We require:

• Higher education in finance, business administration, or general management;

• High-level knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Ability to communicate effectively and conduct negotiations;

• Ability to manage a team effectively;

• Ability to make decisions independently.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Developing sales strategy and plans;

• Managing the sales team;

• Participating in the introduction of new products with the marketing team;

• Constant analysis of the market, research of competitors and products, initiating new products and actively participating in the implementation process if approved;

• Evaluating the work performed by subordinate employees, setting their development plan (work standards, time management, service standards, leadership skills) and motivation plan,

Workplace: Tbilisi - Varketili, Gldani, Saburtalo

Work schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week

Salary: 2300-3000 GEL
