Construction Supervisor

HR Agency is announcing a vacancy for a Construction Supervisor position in Tbilisi, for one of the engineering companies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily planning and management of MEP system (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electricity, water supply and sewage, fire protection, etc.) installation works.
• Distribution of labor and subcontractor teams on site and assigning specific tasks to them.
• Preparation of work schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) and monitoring their implementation.
• Detailed study of project documentation, working drawings, and specifications.
• Checking the compliance of completed works with project drawings and construction standards (SNIPs, ISO, and other standards).
• Timely identification of defects and organization of their elimination.
• Determination of required engineering materials and equipment volumes and timely ordering.
• Control of the quality and quantity of materials received on site, ensuring their proper storage.
• Control of effective use of construction equipment and tools.
• Strict adherence to labor safety rules during MEP works.
• Conducting periodic briefings for employees on specific engineering works (e.g., working at heights, electrical work, welding).
• Keeping a work production journal.
• Preparation and signing of hidden works acts.
• Preparation of daily/weekly reports for the Project Manager or Chief Engineer.

Basic Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Construction Supervisor / Foreman / Site Manager position in engineering / construction / development companies;
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and diagrams;
• Desirable: AutoCAD user-level knowledge;
• Desirable: Higher or professional technical education (in engineering)
