We are currently looking for a Telephone Service Operator in Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities: - Making and receiving outgoing and incoming calls; - Offering various banking products and providing information on issues of interest to the customer; - Responding to questions received through the bank's remote channels; - Selling banking products; - Providing consultations on banking products; - Attracting new clients;

Requirements: - Higher education; - Effective sales skills; - Experience in a similar position or working in a bank will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; - Fluent writing and speaking skills in Georgian and English, (knowledge of Russian is desirable)

Personal skills: - Effective communication skills; - Ability to convey information correctly and convincingly; - Sense of responsibility; - Teamwork skills; - Attention to detail.
