Location - Tbilisi Employment rate - Full-time Working hours - 10:00 – 19:00 Reports to: Commercial Director Subordinate position(s): NA
Key responsibilities: - Managing and reporting on existing client bases - Communicating with existing and potential clients - Processing client requests and preparing all necessary documents - Managing neighborhood groups and providing them with timely information - Effectively managing problematic issues - On-site visits: planning and managing white frame tours, conducting unplanned visits when necessary, inspecting renovated apartments, and preparing them for handover - Planning and managing the apartment handover process, including key transfers - Planning the registration process at the Justice House, communicating with clients, registering purchases, and transferring keys - Participating in final product formation: supporting designers, coordinating final design agreements with clients, and managing repair selections/changes - Monitoring apartment defects and redirecting them to relevant individuals when discovered - Communicating with clients after apartment handover when necessary - Performing other related tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Qualification requirements: - Higher education in Business Administration or a related field; - At least 2 years of work experience in after-sales service, real estate, property management, or client support; - Experience in client relations, documentation, and problem-solving; - Knowledge of construction and renovation processes - Experience in managing contracts, legal documentation, and real estate sales registration; - High-level proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage; - Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage; - Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; - Client-oriented approach with a proactive position in problem-solving.
