Key Responsibilities - Manage and control the main EPC contract, complex subcontracts, and major equipment purchase agreements in accordance with international individual framework conditions. - Develops and directs commercial change protection, resolves disputed claims, and handles official correspondence regarding project extensions (EOT) or financial compensation. - Develop and maintain critically important joint connections with high-level external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, local municipalities, and the Revenue Service - Oversee project fiscal risk mitigation, track updates on Georgian corporate statutes, double taxation avoidance agreements, import customs codes, and renewable energy subsidization models. - Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to ensure that all localized supplier contracts and commercial mechanisms strictly comply with the Georgian Law on Entrepreneurs.
