Job description, duties and responsibilities

• Constant monitoring of the technical condition of the hotel's electrical, gas, water and other communications and taking appropriate measures as needed;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of heating, ventilation and air conditioning units, constant monitoring of their technical condition and taking appropriate measures as needed;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of all types of units and inventory available in the hotel;
• Elimination of various types of damage;
• Elimination of technical malfunctions indicated by the direction and service managers of the objects
• Conducts regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring continuous operation of the objects;
• Responds to technical requests from various departments, effectively resolving problems to minimize downtime. Oversees the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in the hotel building;
• Compliance with standards and internal regulations of the hotel, ensuring correct and smooth communication with employees and other departments of the hotel;
• Timely informing the management to ensure the elimination of technical faults in cases where he cannot solve the problem himself;
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and standards by conducting regular safety inspections.;
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, lighting and other systems to maintain a comfortable environment for guests and staff;
• Compliance with the hotel's uniform dress code;
• Being ready to work in shifts. On holidays and weekdays;
• Knowledge of the hotel's security policy and familiarity with fire alarm response processes

Remuneration - 2000.00 GEL. Work schedule - 6 days a week.
