Company "Assorti" announces a vacancy for the position of Catering Cook.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Anna Politkovskaya 33a Work Schedule: Dynamic schedule

Main functions: - Preparation of food products for catering, according to determined calculation and technological cards, existing recipes, and standards; - Determination of the quantity of raw materials and semi-finished products needed to prepare food products for catering; - Control of the quality and expiration dates of raw materials necessary for preparing food products for catering, control of supplies; - Quality control of prepared products; - Organization and cleaning of kitchen inventory at the end of the working day;

Qualification requirements: - At least 1 year of experience working as a cook - Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety norms.

Skills: - Attention to detail; - Organization and discipline; - Responsibility;
