Hotel Management Group / Hotel "Crystal" is announcing a vacancy for a Supervisor position.

Work location: Bakuriani, D. Builder's Street,

Main functions and responsibilities:

• To receive and accommodate guests according to the standards existing in the hotel and apart-hotel;
• To provide guests with the desired information - rooms, tariffs, and all other services.
• Registration of guests in the system and execution of appropriate financial operations;
• To receive incoming phone calls and provide relevant information;
• Establishing effective and positive communication with guests;

Qualification requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position is desirable;
• Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level;
• Experience working with the "Fina" program will be considered an advantage.
