"Architectoni" is seeking a Constructor.

We are looking for a specialist with at least 2 years of work experience who can independently prepare building construction project designs.

Main responsibilities:

Analysis of technical tasks, architectural projects, and initial data; Selection of building construction systems, determination of loads, and performance of relevant calculations; Preparation of construction projects - processing of drawings, nodes, sections, and details in AutoCAD; Preparation of explanatory notes, material lists, and specifications; Ensuring compliance of projects with applicable norms and technical requirements; Coordination with architects and specialists from other fields; Processing expert notes and making relevant changes to the project; Technical consultation on construction process-related issues.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in construction engineering; At least 2 years of experience as a constructor; Ability to work independently on construction projects - from analyzing initial data to preparing full design documentation; Knowledge of construction calculation principles and relevant construction norms; Knowledge of drawing execution and formatting standards; Responsibility, attention to detail, and adherence to agreed deadlines;
