Senior Microcredit Group Specialist

Retail Business Banking Services Department of JSC "Bank of Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Microcredit Group Specialist. The position involves locations in Bolnisi and Dmanisi.

The goal of the position is to increase the number of loans issued by the credit group.

Main responsibilities:

• Searching for potential clients and offering loan products along with additional banking products;
• Presenting credit products to potential clients;
• Filing documents and sending them to the relevant department;
• Controlling the quality of the group's portfolio;
• Monitoring the performance of subordinate employees and their portfolios;
• Preparing/presenting the group's results to the department;
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and bank procedures;
• Managing correspondence.

Mandatory requirements: - Education: University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, or technical specialties;

Work experience: - At least 2 years of experience in business lending in a bank and/or credit organization.

Mandatory knowledge and skills: - Budgeting and cost management; - Basic principles of accounting and taxation; - Knowledge of office computer programs; - Sales skills, persuasive, argumentative, and fluent verbal communication; - Ability to effectively manage a group: goal setting, delegation, control, motivation, training, and evaluation; - Ability to plan work, allocate time, set goals, and achieve them; - Quick, logical, and analytical thinking; - Goal orientation, desire for development, leadership, principle, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, energy, and activity;
