Pro for employers is for companies that hire. Pro for job seekers is for people looking for work. Each does nothing for the other side.
PRO What Pro for employers does
50 ₾ a month, or by the week, six or twelve months. Cancel any time.
- Read every application in full: the name, the CV, the answers and the whole conversation.
- A Pro badge on every vacancy you post. It shows a paid plan, not a background check.
- Up to 5 live vacancies at once, instead of 1.
- 30 bumps a month, one per vacancy every 24 hours, and bumps on a schedule you set.
- The Talent Index: search people who asked to be put forward, by what they can do, and ask for an introduction.
- Your contact details on your vacancies, shown to signed-in job seekers.
- Your own application form, with your questions on every application.
- Invite up to 20 of the month's top job seekers to apply.
- 6 seats for your team, instead of 2.
Pro Lite, 25 ₾ a month: reads every application, and nothing else.
The first day of Pro is free, once per account: a card and the package that follows are chosen first, and the day opens up to 3 applications.
Free for every employer: posting 1 live vacancy, the vacancy assistant, your company page, one bump per vacancy a week, a team of 2, and applications sent with Pro for job seekers, which open free.
It does nothing for your own job applications. That is Pro for job seekers, a separate plan for people looking for work.

10 ₾ a month. Cancel any time.
- Every employer can open your applications free, and they sit near the top of their list until opened. Only gold applications come before them.
- For vacancies from other sites, the employer gets your whole application and CV by email.
- A cover letter and a CV made for each job from your own profile (40 letters and 20 CVs a month).
- How to close the gaps for each job (40 a month), and an interview pack when an employer invites you (15 a month).
- Where each application stands: how many applied, where your fit ranks, the exact time it was opened, and how fast that employer answers.
- Likely pay on vacancies that show none.
- Every company that looked at your profile in the last 90 days.
- First in the candidate lists employers browse, marked "Pro candidate".
- Hide your profile from any company you pick.
