Finding the right vacancies

What to look at on a listing: whether you can apply here, whether the employer is on findjobs directly, and what the pay figure actually means.

Search, then narrow

Type a role, a company or a keyword. Then use the filters underneath: category, city, employment type. Every filter is combinable, and the count updates as you go.
Filter by pay, which most boards will not let you do

Set a minimum salary, or sort by highest paid. Around a third of listings state a wage; the rest show as negotiable and are sorted after the paid ones when you sort by pay.
Check the pay unit, not just the number

Wages are shown per month, per day or per hour. A listing showing 70 GEL per day is not the same as 70 GEL a month, so the unit is printed next to any figure that is not monthly.
Read it in your own language

Every listing is translated into Georgian, English and Russian, not just the interface. Switch language at the top and the adverts change too, not only the buttons.

Your application goes out through us, so the reply comes back into one place instead of scattering across your email.

Create a free account

You need one to apply. It exists so employers can trust that applications come from real people, which is what keeps them reading. You can add a passkey or an authenticator app for two-factor sign-in.

Most vacancies can be applied to without leaving the site. A few still send you to the original posting; those are marked as an external listing so you know before you click.
Check who receives it

Before you send anything, the page names the employer and shows the address your application goes to. If we deliver it for you, that is stated plainly rather than hidden.
Attach your CV and write a short note

A few honest sentences about why you fit beats a long letter. Your CV is stored encrypted and is only ever sent to the employer you applied to.

What people get wrong

Sending the same message to fifty vacancies. Employers here see who read their advert, and two sentences that name the actual job beat a template every time.
Applying with an email you never check. Replies arrive there as well as on the site, and a missed reply reads as no reply.
Leaving the CV file named "document-final-2.pdf". The employer sees the filename before they open it.

Watch the status, not your inbox

My applications lists everything you have sent, from any device you sign in on. The status moves as the employer acts: seen, interested, or a decision.
Reply where the conversation lives

Employer replies arrive in your conversation on the site and by email. Answer from either. If they propose an interview time, you confirm it with one tap.
Let new jobs come to you

Set an alert for the work you want and hear about matching vacancies as they are posted, on the site or through the Telegram bot.
Consider a seeker profile

You can also publish a short profile so employers approach you. Your contact details stay hidden until you agree to share them.
