At 80+ the badge counts a listing a day fresher: it moves ahead of yesterday’s, never past this morning’s. 90+ is two days; a top 10 seat, three.

The lift is bounded on purpose: a responsive employer’s older listing can edge ahead of yesterday’s, never of this morning’s. The pay sort and searches are unchanged.
