Candidate Highscores: the most active job seekers now go first
From today, every application sent on findjobs.ge counts toward a monthly ranking. The ten most active job seekers each month send their applications in gold: framed in gold and pinned to the top of the employer’s inbox until it is opened. Everyone else earns Gold Tickets along the way, to send their best application the same way.

01Why we built it
Applications on findjobs.ge grew from 20 in our first full week to 323 last week, and this week passed 200 by Wednesday. 506 people have applied so far. Most of them sent one application; the busiest sent sixteen. On a busy listing an employer now reads applications in a pile, and the people who search hardest deserve to be read first.

The ranking took a month to get right, because a careless version would do harm. If it rewarded volume alone it would fill inboxes with copy-paste, and gold would mean nothing within a week. Everything below is built so that the people who apply most often and most carefully rise, and so that gold stays rare enough for employers to trust it.
02How points work
Points this season
+10 for each vacancy you apply to, up to 8 a day
+5 for a written note or answering the employer’s questions
+5 for applying within a day of the listing going up
+2 when the employer opens your application, +10 when you answer them within a day
+25 for a shortlist and +50 for an interview invitation
+30 once a season for a verified identity, with a verified mark beside your name
03Three ways into gold
Sit in the month’s top 10, and everything you send goes out in gold while you hold the seat. Finish a season there, and you get a Gold Pass: every application all next month goes out in gold, so the restart on the 1st never takes away what you earned. And whoever you are, every 5 applications in a season earns a Gold Ticket, plus one more for a 7-day streak, up to 3 a month, to spend on the job you want most.
04Seasons
Seasons follow the calendar month, Tbilisi time. The first, the Founders’ Season, counts every application since findjobs.ge opened and ends at midnight on 1 November. On the 1st of each month the race restarts at zero, the finished season is frozen, and its top 10 receive a Gold Pass for the new month. All-time totals and badges never reset.

06Privacy
The public board shows only a first name, and a profile photo if the person added one, next to their points and number of applications. Never a surname, contact details, a CV, or which jobs and employers. One switch on the Highscores page hides a person from the board while keeping their rank and gold. The privacy policy has a new section that explains it in full.
