A profile that applies for you, even without a CV

A great many people who find work through this site have done the work and have no CV. A barista, a driver, a builder: producing a formatted document is a task they have no tool for, and the result was that employers saw a name and a phone number and nothing else.

There is now a profile at findjobs.ge/my-profile. It holds a photo, your education, and where you have worked. Dates are month and year only, because nobody remembers the day they started a job six years ago, and "I still work here" is a checkbox rather than a date you cannot give.

Everything you add is carried by every application you send afterwards, so you type it once. What an employer receives is a copy taken at the moment you applied, which means editing your profile later never rewrites something somebody has already read.

Identity verification, which already existed, now shows on the profile too, so you can see whether you are verified and start it if you are not.
