One month in: the numbers, what stays free, and what Pro adds
findjobs.ge went live on 5 August. This is the one-month account, with every figure as measured: traffic by Cloudflare, the network in front of the site, and everything else by the site's own database on 8 September. Nothing is rounded up.
In the thirty days to 8 September, 13,710 different people visited findjobs.ge and read 308,148 pages. The last seven full days brought 11,158 visitors; yesterday, 7 September, was the busiest day so far, with 2,191 visitors and 49,155 pages. The board holds 8,410 live vacancies from 2,953 companies, and its listings have been opened 229,285 times since launch. Every listing is readable in Georgian, English and Russian: 26,563 translated texts so far. On the employer side, 118 companies have opened an account, 153 vacancies were posted here directly, 61 companies claimed the listings we had mirrored, and the support chat has handled 104 conversations, each read by a person.
Here is what does not change. Posting a vacancy on findjobs.ge is free, and it stays free: the listing in three languages, the applications with CVs, the messages, the interview slots, the assistant that writes the vacancy for you, and the first seven days pinned above the mirrored listings. A free account can still bump each listing back to the top once a week. For job seekers nothing is paid, not now and not later: searching, applying, the CV builder, alerts, the assistant and the apps.
When we launched we wrote that if a paid option ever came, it would be announced on the site before it appeared. This is that announcement. From today there are three optional extras, all for employers who want more reach than the free week gives.
Pro is a monthly plan at 39 lari. Every listing a Pro employer posts carries a verified-employer badge, on the board and on the vacancy page, so a candidate can tell at a glance that the company is here directly and that applications land on its own desk. The account gets thirty bumps a month, one per listing every 24 hours, and can set auto-bump schedules: pick the days and the hour, Georgian time, and the listing is bumped while you work. When more is needed, extra bumps come in packs of ten for 15 lari. Refer another employer and, when they go Pro, thirty days of Pro are added to your own account. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the paid month.
A promoted listing is 50 lari a month per listing. It sits above everything else on the board, including Pro bumps, with a highlighted card and its logo, at the top of its category page, and it gets a post in the Telegram channels when it starts. Ninety days and a year are cheaper per month.
The banner spot is the space under “New on the board”, on the home page and the category pages in all three languages. It is sold by the calendar month from 100 lari. The spot is one rotation shared by every buyer of the month: standard is one share around the clock, daytime priority is three shares during weekday working hours, and headline is six shares at every hour. Nobody is locked out; a bigger tier simply shows more often. Every banner is reviewed before it shows, the same way listings are, and the buyer sees impressions and clicks in their panel.
Prices are in lari and paid by card. Everything above, with the small print, is on the new pricing page at findjobs.ge/pricing. And the counter on this page is the live one: findjobs.ge/api/stats returns the same numbers to anyone who asks.
