Main functions
- Agree and plan a visit with the customer;
- Identify the property to be appraised during a site visit;
- Examine the interior/exterior of the property, take photos;
- Determine the physical condition of the property; identify all factors affecting the value of the property;
- Preliminary analysis of the property, search for analogues on the market;
- Preparation of a real estate appraisal report.
We value your qualification: A driving license and a personal car are required.
Higher education: not required Work experience: experience in the field of real estate is desirable (reading property documentation, cadastral maps, measurement drawings).
Knowledge and skills
