Position Objective: The main goal of the Problem Loan Operator's activity is to administer/collect problem loans issued by the organization within 1 to 30 days and to protect the organization's interests, communicate with borrowers, pledgers, and guarantors on behalf of the organization to ensure loan repayment.
Job Description: - Telephone communication with overdue borrowers and their pledgers; - Effective communication with the customer to ensure repayment of overdue/problem loans; - In consideration of the bank's interests, if necessary, and only with the written consent of the immediate supervisor, offer restructuring to the client for overdue and problem loans on favorable terms; - Compilation of an effective payment schedule (but not more than 29 calendar days from the day of overdue first installment) for current overdue/problem loans for the customer; - Coordination of activities with the management of the current overdue asset management department; - Management and intensive monitoring of the portfolio of overdue and problem loans written off from the first day to 30 days;
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills: - Higher education (legal or economic education is preferred); - Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage: - Preferably experience working as a Problem Loan Operator, Problem Asset Management Officer, lawyer, executor, or in a relevant field; - Computer skills (knowledge of office programs at a high level); - Logical thinking; - Teamwork skills; - Ability to negotiate and persuasive communication; - Ability to work in stressful situations; - Flexibility towards working hours; - Sense of responsibility.
