HR Manager

Company "Sono Credit" is announcing a vacancy for the position of HR Manager.

Location: Tbilisi; Work format: Full-time (Monday to Friday).

Remuneration: Determined according to the candidate's experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative person who will be involved in the daily processes of human resource management and administration.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Participation in the recruitment process; Preparation and production of documentation; Updating of employees' personal files and data; Administration of leaves and other personnel issues; Management of onboarding processes; Participation in improving HR processes; Training and evaluation of employees. Monitoring of labor market and compensation trends for relevant positions.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education; At least 2 years of work experience in HR; General knowledge of labor legislation; Knowledge of MS Office programs; Effective communication and writing skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail; High sense of responsibility; Ability to work with confidential information; Teamwork skills.
