Main functions and responsibilities
- Reading, analyzing, and measuring the project and object;
- Creating an interior design concept, taking into account the customer's requirements and recommendations;
- Preparing layout solutions, 3D visualizations, and renderings;
- Developing a design using predetermined materials or in the form of a sketch;
- Adapting the created design to specific apartments and executing it within the established deadlines;
- Preparing working drawings;
- Counting the quantity of finishing materials, furniture, and accessories to compile an estimate;
- Monitoring the progress of repair works within the scope of one's competence;
- Communication with the project manager, engineers, and builders.
Qualification requirements
- Higher education in the field of architecture or interior design;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of architecture or interior design;
- Good knowledge of 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Photoshop;
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- Availability of a portfolio.
Preference will be given to
- Knowledge of rendering programs (Corona Renderer, V-Ray);
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Experience working on interior projects of residential complexes;
- Knowledge of a foreign language (preferably English) at B2 level.
