Medical Representative

The Georgian representation of the Czech company "Doctor Muller Pharma" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Medical Representative.

Doctor Muller Pharma is one of the largest companies in the Czech Republic with 30 years of experience in the production of pharmaceutical products. Currently, the company's products are exported to 45 countries around the world, including Georgia.

Function-Responsibilities:

Professional presentation of the company's products to the target audience - doctors and medical institutions; Establishing and developing long-term professional relationships with doctors and other healthcare professionals; Establishing and developing professional relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy personnel, and other relevant representatives in the healthcare sector to promote the awareness and availability of the company's products; Effective presentation of medical and scientific information about products to the target audience; Planning and regular implementation of visits in a defined territory; Identifying new commercial opportunities and promoting the awareness of the company's products, market presence, and sales growth; Working on achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI); Regular collection of information about the needs of healthcare professionals, competitors' activities, product results, and market opportunities, and providing it to the company's management; Monitoring the dynamics of product sales and participating in planning relevant activities; Participation in medical conferences, seminars, round tables, and other professional events; Regular reporting on performed activities and results; Independent planning of work activities, determining priority target objects, and fulfilling agreed goals in coordination with the company's management.

Mandatory Requirements:

Higher education in medicine or pharmacy; At least 5 years of experience working as a medical representative; Ability to communicate effectively, present, and establish professional relationships; Ability to conduct negotiations and work focused on achieving sales targets; Ability to effectively plan and organize work time and activities; Ability to analyze market trends, competitive environment, and customer needs; Ability to work independently and show initiative; High sense of responsibility, organization, and result orientation; Knowledge of English and/or Russian; Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office); Having a driver's license and a personal car will be considered an advantage.
