Currently, the chain of stores "Suftha Sakli" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Trainer.

Work conditions:

Location: Tbilisi, Ksnsi Street N36; Work schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00-18:00); Salary: To be agreed (determined according to experience and qualifications).

Main responsibilities:

Identifying, planning and implementing training needs; Developing, updating and improving training modules and educational materials in accordance with the company's standards; Conducting trainings for new and existing employees for professional development, including: effective service, communication, teamwork, conflict management, sales and merchandising; Preparing and conducting training programs on company products, sales standards and trade processes; Evaluating training results and effectiveness using relevant tools; Collaborating with managers to identify employee development needs and plan relevant training activities.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education (preferably in psychology); At least 3 years of experience in preparing and conducting trainings (preferably in the service sector); Proficiency in English and Russian (at the level of processing training materials); Proficiency in computer office programs.

Effective verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills; Creative thinking, ability to focus on results; High sense of responsibility; Activity and hard work; Time management skills; Organizational skills.
