"Kalantarov's Clinic", Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is based on professionalism.

Working conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Givi Zhvania st. N 4;
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00;
• Rate: Full - 40 hours a week
• Break: 13:00-15:00; break duration: 1 (one) hour
• Salary: 1250 GEL accrued;

Position: Registrar

Functions and responsibilities:

• Registration of patients in the relevant program;
• Preparation of necessary documentation for patients;
• Verification of documentation;
• Referral of registered patients to the relevant specialist;
• Providing patients with requested information (search/verification);
• Protection of confidential information and secure management of personal data;
• Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, if necessary;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Conversational knowledge of Russian/English;
• Knowledge of office programs;
• Desirable work experience in a similar position;
• Ability to react to problems in a timely manner;
• Teamwork skills;
• Ability to work in a stressful situation;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Punctuality;
