Breakfast Cook

Restaurant "Iakobi's Yard" is announcing a vacancy for a Breakfast Cook position.

Function-responsibilities:

• Monitoring the quality of received raw materials and storage conditions

• Technical and visual monitoring of equipment and devices located in workspaces, timely provision of information to management in case of problems

• Planning the workday of kitchen personnel and redistributing current processes

• Control over adherence to pre-written recipes, temperature, and hygienic norms, as well as the quality of raw materials used in the process of preparing dishes

• Full control over the technology of preparing dishes

• Periodic compilation of the breakfast menu, updating menu dishes

• Writing recipes for new dishes

• Planning and monitoring the training process for new employees

• Conducting detailed instructions for employees on the operation of equipment and devices located in workspaces, as well as safety rules.

Required knowledge/skills:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position;

• Sense of responsibility, attention to detail;

• Experience in team management;
