Telephone Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and communicative person for the position of Telephone Sales Manager.

Position Overview:

The main task of the Telephone Sales Manager is to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, identify their needs and interests, offer relevant products, and successfully manage the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outgoing telephone communications with customers; Identify customer needs and interests; Professionally and convincingly present relevant products; Provide accurate and comprehensive answers to customer questions; Manage the sales process according to established standards; Maintain positive and professional communication with customers; Correctly record information about calls made and sales; Fulfill the team's overall goals and individual KPIs.

Qualification Requirements:

Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language; Effective verbal communication skills; Desire and ability to interact with people; High sense of responsibility; Results orientation; Desire to learn and develop; Organizational skills and adherence to work discipline.

No prior work experience or special education is required.

Motivation, responsible attitude, and a desire to acquire new skills are important.

Work Conditions and Salary:

5 working days - 10:00-18:00 Fixed salary: 1,000 ₾ + percentage of sales 5 working days - 10:00-16:00 or 16:00 - 22:00 Fixed salary: 750 ₾ + percentage of sales

Workplace: Tbilisi, office

Remote work is not available.
