Main functions and responsibilities: Management of utilities: collection, verification, and recording of data on utility costs (electricity, water, gas, etc.) of branches; Lease administration: control of lease agreements, monitoring of terms and financial conditions; Financial operations: calculation of payments, preparation of payment registers and bank transfers; Interaction with lessors: daily communication, signing of reconciliation acts, and control of debts; Analysis and reporting: monitoring of expenses, identification of anomalies, analysis of compliance with the budget, and participation in ESG reporting; Process support: participation in energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives, as well as in the financial closure of the month.
Qualification requirements: Higher education in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field; 2 years of experience in a similar position; Good knowledge of Excel; Analytical and organizational skills; Knowledge of English or Russian at a communicative level; Experience working with 1C, "Balance", or other accounting programs is a priority; Work experience in real estate, lease administration, or financial accounting will be considered an advantage.
