Technical Supervisor

"Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Supervisor.

Job Description:

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the safe and continuous functioning of all engineering systems of the facility, management of technical risks, effective management of utility resources, personnel, contractors, budget, and digital technical systems. The position is based on modern Facility Management and Property Management practices and includes not only the coordination of technical works but also ensuring the overall technical efficiency of the facility.

Main Responsibilities:

Organization and coordination of the operation of all engineering systems of the building (electricity, plumbing, heating and air conditioning / HVAC, ventilation, fire safety, elevators, low-current systems);

Identification, assessment, and planning of preventive measures for technical risks;

Accounting for the consumption of electricity, water, natural gas, heating, and other utility resources;

Planning of work and distribution of tasks for the technical team;

Participation in the technical budget planning process;

Preparation of weekly and monthly technical reports;

Accurate and systematic production of administrative documentation, including technical service logs, inventory data, inspection reports, and documentation for audit and compliance requirements;

Ensuring compliance with labor and fire safety requirements;

Using the LightStay platform to monitor and analyze environmental indicators, as well as planning and implementing initiatives in line with Hilton's sustainability goals;

Participation in performing additional functions and tasks, within the scope of own competence, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel, if necessary.

Qualification Requirements:

Higher technical/engineering education (electricity, plumbing, mechanics, construction, or related fields);

In-depth technical knowledge of engineering systems (electricity, HVAC / VRF, plumbing, fire safety, BMS);

Knowledge or work experience with MS Office programs;

At least 2-3 years of experience in the operation of engineering systems;

Team management and leadership skills;

English language proficiency.

Workplace: Batumi, Rustaveli #20; Work schedule: Full-time, 5 working days a week (2 days off); Salary: To be agreed.
