Main functions and responsibilities:
- Planning the project team, budget, resources, and performance schedule.
- Organizing and controlling the execution of works in accordance with the customer's requirements, project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Communication with the customer, supervisor, subcontractors, communication owners' companies, and other interested parties.
- Finding and selecting subcontractors as needed.
- Coordinating the preparation of project documentation, agreeing with the supervisor and customer; using the final agreed versions for construction.
- Identifying project risks and finding ways to mitigate or avoid them.
- Execution of works in accordance with the customer's requirements, project specifications, and drawings; ensuring quality.
- Controlling the implementation of labor safety and environmental protection requirements on the project in coordination with the relevant responsible persons.
- Preparing and submitting acts of completed works to the customer.
- Controlling the project budget, revenues, expenses, and financial results.
- Administering contracts with both the customer and subcontractors.
- Monitoring the progress of works and periodic reporting to the company's management.
- Ensuring the project is completed on time and within the agreed budget.
Education and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction and engineering.
- At least 7 years of work experience in infrastructure construction projects, including road construction.
- Experience working as a Project Manager or in a project management position will be considered an advantage.
