Company "B and N Invest" announces a vacancy for the position of a Lawyer.

About the Company

LLC "B and N Invest" is a holding company that unites companies of various directions.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Uznadze 78 Work schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, 10:00-18:00 (weekends: Saturday and Sunday) Remuneration: 2000-2500 GEL net (depending on qualifications)

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Full legal support and legal services for the daily activities of the holding company and its subsidiary companies of various profiles.
• Preparation, updating, and management of corporate documentation (meeting protocols, decisions, charters, regulations, powers of attorney) and M&A processes.
• Development, legal expertise, correction of all types of contract and agreement projects, and ensuring the signing process.
• Protection of the company's interests and representation before third parties, partners, government agencies, courts, arbitration, and the National Enforcement Bureau.
• Preparation of claims, responses, complaints, and other procedural documents for court / tax / administrative disputes and management of processes.
• Legal analysis of the holding and subsidiary entities' business processes, identification, prevention of risks, and development of relevant recommendations.
• Ensuring the company's compliance with current legislation (including personal data protection, labor safety, and competition regulations).
• Legal regulation of labor relations, development of employment contracts, internal regulations, and internal rules in accordance with the Labor Code.
• Provision of legal consultations to the holding's management and various structural units (HR, finance, operations, etc.).
• Constant monitoring of legislative changes and analysis of their impact on the company's activities.

Mandatory requirements:

• Education: Higher legal education (Bachelor or Master).
• Work experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a lawyer (experience in a holding, multi-profile company, or legal consulting company will be considered an advantage).
