Job Description
- Moving boxes/documents in the archive workspace (Jikia, Tsaishi office).
- Sorting, packing, and placing received documents in the archive, confirming receipt of boxes/bundles.
- Reorganizing and sealing boxes/documents allocated for TBC Bank's archive in the Records Management Office.
- Inventory of archived documents;
- Filing documents in boxes according to relevant instructions;
- Administering information in Excel about documents in boxes;
- Temporary assignment of additional functions as per received tasks;
- Timely and adequate fulfillment of legitimate tasks received from the supervisor;
- Timely informing the supervisor and relevant structural units about work-related problems/delays;
