Construction Control / Technical Supervision Engineer

Construction company Elysium Park Development is announcing a vacancy for the position of: Construction Control / Technical Supervision Engineer.

The selected candidate will be employed in the company's staff and will be responsible for the technical control and supervision of construction works on the company's objects.

The company is implementing the construction of a premium-class closed residential complex near Batumi. We are looking for a responsible and qualified specialist who will daily control the quality of construction works, compliance with design solutions and technological requirements, as well as the execution of works within the established deadlines.

Main responsibilities: - Daily control of ongoing construction and finishing works at the facility; - Verification of compliance of completed works with design and technical documentation; - Control of the quality of construction works and compliance with relevant technologies; - Verification of the actual volume of completed works; - Control of the quality, quantity, and targeted use of construction materials; - Acceptance of completed stages and covered works; - Identification of construction defects and control of their elimination process; - Cooperation with contractors, workers, designers, and suppliers; - Assignment of tasks to contractors and control of their execution deadlines; - Monitoring of compliance with the construction schedule; - Verification of as-built documentation, acts, and volumes of work presented by contractors; - Photo-fixation of the work process and preparation of brief reports on the progress of construction; - Timely notification of the manager about identified violations, possible risks, and delays; - Participation in determining and calculating the required volume of construction materials; - Control of compliance with labor safety rules and regulations on the construction site; - Participation in the acceptance of completed work stages and objects.

Requirements for the candidate: - Higher or professional construction education; - Practical experience of work in the construction field; - Experience of working in the position of technical supervision, construction control, engineer, or construction manager; - Knowledge of construction technologies and work execution sequence; - Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings; - Knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, facades, roofing, engineering networks, and internal finishing works; - Ability to verify the volume and quality of completed works; - Proper level of computer and software knowledge; - Responsibility, attention, and organization; - Principality in issues related to construction quality; - Ability to make independent decisions within the scope of one's competence; - Ability to work with several contractors and tasks simultaneously; - Readiness for regular presence at the facility and direct control of the work process.

We are looking for a specialist who will not be limited to just recording violations - he must timely identify possible problems, present technically justified solutions, and control their implementation until the final result is obtained.
