Branch Manager

"CCMA GROUP" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager in Tbilisi.

Location: D. Aghmasheneblis Kheivani Work schedule: 40 hours a week, 2 days off Remuneration: Fixed 1500 GEL

Function-responsibilities:

Control of subordinate employees; Control of order in the branch and interior layout in accordance with the provided instructions; Control of full product assortment presentation in the hall and timely replenishment of empty spaces; Constant control of warehouse balances; Periodic inventory of products available in the branch; Timely informing the manager about defective products; Constant care for sales growth; Giving plans to employees and controlling them; Control of cash register balances and cash collection; Providing complete information to customers; Control of loading and unloading; Programmatic receipt of products and inventory management / monitoring; Control of accompanying documentation for product movement (receipt and expenditure orders, etc.); Timely opening/closing of the branch;

Qualification requirements:

Basic knowledge of computer programs; Experience as a branch manager (required)

Communicativeness; Organizational skills; High sense of responsibility.
