Financial Analyst

To effectively implement the strategy, we are looking for a motivated, result-oriented, and analytically-minded team member in the financial direction - in the Cost Efficiency Management and Project Financial Analysis Group, for the position of Financial Analyst.

Key functions:

• Analysis of strategic and other important projects: financial analysis of initiatives, investment projects, and planned changes for operational efficiency, preparation and presentation of recommendations to middle or senior management;

• Monitoring results: periodic evaluation of approved or implemented projects, presentation of results and recommendations.

• Optimization of costs and revenues: analysis of various operational and financial trends, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency;

• Communication and presentation: collaboration with various cross-functional teams during project analysis; presentation and defense of financial results and own recommendations to management.

Qualification requirements:

Education: Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CFA, FMVA, ACCA certification will be considered an advantage;

Work experience: at least 2-3 years of experience in financial analytics and/or financial management;

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of banking products and processes;

• SQL and Power BI knowledge is important;

• In-depth knowledge of financial management and capital budgeting;

• High-level proficiency in MS Excel (experience working with complex formulas and large databases);

• Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to solve complex problems;

• Organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;

• Good communication and presentation skills;

• English language (B2 level).
