Head of Human Resources Direction

The leading distribution company in the aesthetic market "Pharma Store" announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Human Resources Direction.

Work location: Saburtalo, Giorgi Daneliashvili N2

Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 40 hours

Main responsibilities:

• Determining the needs of vacancies together with the management, creating relevant job descriptions, defining effective channels for searching candidates and posting vacancies;

• Selecting CVs, organizing interviews and conducting interviews;

• Preparing offers for selected candidates and organizing the onboarding process;

• Managing employees' personal data, preparing and updating labor contracts;

• Recording leaves, bulletins, absences and attendance;

• Producing internal documentation ensuring compliance with labor legislation;

• Creating and managing a benefits package (insurance, bonuses, etc.);

• Conducting employee satisfaction surveys;

• Market analysis and ensuring competitive offers;

• Compiling employee development plans and organizing training and educational programs according to the plan;

• Caring about the development of corporate culture;

• Improving internal communication;

• Developing an HR strategy in accordance with the company's goals;

• Defining and monitoring HR metrics (KPI);

• Preparing reports to be presented to the Executive Director;

• Caring about the optimization and automation of HR processes;

• Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (HR, business administration or psychology preferred);

• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR;

• Knowledge of labor legislation;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Organizational and analytical skills.
