Ramada by Wyndham Tbilisi Old City is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Manager.

8-hour working day, 5 days a week.

Main functions / responsibilities:

Ensure correct and high-quality planning and management of necessary procedures for the technical department; Monitor the condition of the building, hotel rooms and their parts, and take appropriate measures to eliminate existing defects; Ensure the proper functioning of systems in the hotel and restaurant infrastructure, and timely and high-quality maintenance and repair works; Supervise technical department employees in performing relevant work and develop a development plan for technical department employees; Prepare a weekly report on ongoing processes in the department;

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position in a hotel.
