JSC "Bank of Georgia" Small Business Sales Department announces a vacancy for the position of Small Business Banker in Telavi.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing on-site visits to customers;

• Presenting the benefits of bank services and banking products to customers;

• Identifying customer needs, offering relevant products, and explaining the advantages of these products;

• Studying/analyzing customer business activities and financial situation;

• Preparing credit applications and submitting them to the committee.

Mandatory requirements:

Education: Higher, preferably economics / finance / business administration / mathematics

Work experience: At least 1 year of experience in small and medium business lending in a bank.

Remuneration: Fixed salary plus a monthly bonus.

Mandatory knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of computer office programs;

• Languages: fluent Georgian, knowledge of Russian is desirable;

• Well-developed communication skills – the ability to express thoughts clearly and logically in writing and orally;

• Organization, energy, ability to set and plan work goals correctly;

• Teamwork skills;

• Logical and analytical thinking.
