Studio "Mandala" is a space for mental and physical well-being, a place where you can find up to 20 different directions focused on body and mental health. The studio was founded in 2023 and already hosts guests at two locations in Tbilisi.
We are looking for kind-hearted administrators at the Krtsanisi and Samgori branches of "Mandala".
Responsibilities
- Communication with guests and introduction of our services
- Registration and monitoring of groups/sessions
- Processing of the client base
- Greeting guests arriving at groups/sessions and recording them in the system
- Production of receipts and reflection in the system
- Responding to calls and messages on social networks
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the studio
