Brand and Communications Manager

"BK Holding" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Brand and Communications Manager.

Location: Tbilisi

Position Purpose:

The development of the company's and its projects' brand, maintaining a unified communication style, and effective management of brand campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the brand strategy, positioning, and tonality;
• Preparing annual and quarterly communication plans;
• Creating communication concepts for new projects and campaigns;
• Developing a social media content plan, texts, and key messages;
• Managing PR direction - press releases, interviews, and media relations;
• Briefing and coordinating designers, agencies, and other contractors;
• Preparing sales support materials;
• Controlling brand visual and textual standards in all channels;
• Communication support for events;
• Monitoring campaign and communication results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Implementation of communication and content plans;
• Timely and high-quality launch of campaigns;
• Maintaining a unified brand standard;
• Increasing brand awareness, Reach, and Engagement;
• Quantity and quality of media coverage;
• Timely preparation of sales support materials.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in brand, communications, PR, or content marketing;
• Fluent Georgian and English;
• Strong textual and presentation skills;
• Experience working with agencies and creative teams;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00.
