About the position: We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and highly professional Personal Security Officer to ensure the safety of our organization's director in their daily activities and movements.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Ensuring the safety of the company's director and, if necessary, their family members during daily activities and movements; - Ensuring the director's safety during their movements, meetings, and various events; - Identifying potential risks and threats in advance and implementing relevant preventive measures; - Constantly monitoring the environment and responding promptly to suspicious/non-standard situations; - If necessary, pre-assessing routes and environments for movement; - Acting quickly and adequately in emergency or high-risk situations; - Following security protocols during the director's movements. Coordinating with relevant services if necessary; - Strictly maintaining confidentiality of received information and work-related issues; - Performing other relevant tasks related to the director's safety.

Qualification requirements: - At least 3 years of experience working in personal security, security, or a similar position; - Experience in military, law enforcement, or special purpose structures is desirable; - Good physical fitness; - Driving license (Category B); - Knowledge of Russian.

Personal skills: - High sense of responsibility; - Observability and attention to detail; - Discipline and punctuality; - Ability to act calmly in stressful and unpredictable situations; - Strict adherence to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Other employment conditions will be determined through individual negotiations with the candidate.
