"Europroduct" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales Team Leader.

Work conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi, Avchala; Work schedule: Full-time (from Monday to Friday).

Main functions and responsibilities:

Participation in the development and implementation of sales strategy and action plan; Determination of annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and monitoring of their implementation; Setting individual and team sales targets for employees; Constant monitoring and analysis of sales performance; Identification of sales growth opportunities and planning/implementation of relevant measures; Management of the process of maintaining existing partner companies and attracting new clients; Development of relationships with large and strategic partners; Development of new proposals for partner companies. Participation in the negotiation of trade conditions and commercial offers; Study of market competitors and customer demands; Identification of problems in the sales process and ensuring their solution; Management of the sales team; Receiving reports; Effective coordination with other departments.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education (preferably in Business Administration or Management); Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar position; Experience in managing a sales team; Ability to negotiate and communicate; Knowledge of office programs and CRM systems; Preferably experience working with Apex program; Preferably knowledge of foreign languages at a conversational level; Orientation towards goals and results.
