The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Security Officer.

Work schedule - Full-time

Direct supervisor - Security Officer

Main functions and responsibilities

• Arrive at work on time and maintain a neat and professional appearance (dress code/hotel standards);

• Ensure control of entry and exit from the company's territory;

• Conduct checks on employees and visitors as needed to ensure compliance with security rules;

• Perform thermoscreening upon request and inspect visitors accordingly;

• Ensure the safety and order of the parking lot;

• Monitor lost items handed over to the security department;

• Protect guests, employees, and the company's material assets;

• Take preventive measures to protect materials in case of bad weather and inform relevant departments;

• Provide accurate information to colleagues and shift supervisors;

• Participate in evacuation and inform management in emergency situations (fire, theft, armed attack, unauthorized entry, natural disaster, etc.);

• Politely and within the rules, prevent and stop unrealistic/unsanctioned actions if necessary;

• Conduct area surveillance and patrols as instructed by the shift supervisor;

• Do not leave the workplace without agreement from the supervisor;

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor within their competence.

• Be a team player, treat colleagues and guests with respect;

• Ensure polite and high-standard service;

• Show initiative and proactively seek optimal solutions to problems.

Required qualifications, knowledge, skills & abilities: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is desirable;
