JSC "Microfinance Organization Scapi" is announcing a vacancy for a Corporate Lawyer position in Tbilisi.
Main functions and responsibilities
- Preparing contract drafts and coordinating with contractors;
- Legal analysis of contracts, identifying risks and preparing recommendations;
- Preparing legal conclusions on tax issues;
- Providing legal support for ongoing processes in the company;
- Preparing quarterly, annual and one-time legal reports;
- Preparing and managing corporate documentation (protocols, registrations, making changes);
- Representing the company in state agencies as needed;
- Archiving, recording and managing existing contracts;
- Providing legal support as needed;
Qualification requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (master's degree will be considered an advantage);
- At least 1-3 years of experience in corporate/legal direction;
- Basic knowledge of contract law, labor law and tax law;
- High-level proficiency in office programs;
- Ability to analyze information and assess risks.

Working conditions: Full-time; Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:30; Remuneration according to qualification;
