"Cargo Polo" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Back Office Operations Specialist.

"Cargo Polo" is a high-tech American logistics company specializing in complex transportation of vehicles / special equipment / other movable assets. The service includes providing all necessary services to interested customers: sharing access to purchasing platforms, land transportation (to the warehouse) in America, warehousing in America, consolidation, container transportation to the desired port, expediting services at the receiving port, brokerage, post-expedition land transportation to the final delivery point, cargo insurance, etc.

The company operates in 17 main countries: Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Libya, Nigeria.

In 2023, the first office was opened in Georgia/Tbilisi, as the Georgian direction, as a transport corridor, is currently crucial in logistics due to existing challenges.

The company has After sales / Support departments, which allows the sales managers' team to spend their entire worktime on portfolio growth, focus on the sales process, and not on servicing existing clients. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and detail-oriented person who will be involved in the warehouse and logistics processes related to the transportation of vehicles from America.

Main responsibilities: - Daily communication with warehouses and partners in America; - Coordination of the process of receiving vehicles purchased at auctions in the warehouse; - Monitoring of vehicle receipt, registration, and placement processes; - Control and coordination of the process of loading vehicles into containers; - Monitoring of vehicle status, location, and storage periods; - Verification of vehicle-related information and documentation; - Correct and timely reflection of warehouse data in the company's internal system; - Uploading photos to the company's platform; - Timely identification of warehouse-related problems and delays and coordination with relevant teams; - Coordination of processes related to the receipt and registration of vehicles arriving in Georgia; - Exchange of information with the company's internal departments and ensuring smooth workflow. - Placement and management of bookings with sea lines; - Control of booking status and deadlines; - Monitoring of sailing schedules; - Participation in the preparation and verification of Shipping Instructions; - Control of Bill of Lading data; - Monitoring of container movement and transportation deadlines; - Communication with sea lines, terminals, and the company's internal departments; - Timely identification of changes and delays related to bookings and coordination with relevant teams; - Correct and timely reflection of information in the company's internal system.

Requirements: - Ability to work with office programs; - Organizational skills and attention to detail; - Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously; - High sense of responsibility; - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Preferred: - Knowledge of foreign languages; - Experience working in logistics or warehouse management.

Working conditions - Working hours are adapted to the American market's work schedule. - Salary: from 1,500 GEL, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
