Main functions:
- Planning and ensuring the implementation of the branch's sales and budget plans;
- Ensuring effective management of the branch's supply and supply chain. In particular: determining the types and quantities of products to be manufactured for sale, taking into account sales indicators, making relevant orders, and receiving ordered products;
- Managing accounting processes - controlling cash and cash transactions, managing the inventory process;
- Ensuring the production of a complete inventory of the branch; caring for the absence of shortages;
- Appointment, release, and participation in decision-making on promotion of branch employees and their effective management;
- Creating schedules for subordinate employees, redistributing tasks, and monitoring completed work.
Qualification requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales manager or/and branch manager / network leader position;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages at B1 level;
- Knowledge of office programs.
