"Georgia Clinics" is announcing a vacancy for a Quality Management Specialist in the medical field.

Work location: Head office, Tbilisi, S. Tsintsadze St. 24a. Working hours: 09:30-18:00, Monday-Friday;

Main duties and responsibilities:

Managing the international accreditation project - planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of measures to ensure compliance with standards and requirements;

Coordinating projects for implementing standards in clinical processes and improving quality;

Organizing and controlling the preparation of documentation required for accreditation;

Coordinating the organization's participation in international research and implementing relevant projects;

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the results of oncology disease screening projects;

Coordinating cooperation with international partners, research, and professional organizations;

Searching for new projects and cooperation opportunities, evaluating them, and managing the implementation of agreed-upon initiatives;

Managing other projects and processes within the network as needed;

Preparing reports, presentations, and working documents on project progress and results, including in English.

Qualification requirements and skills:

A degree in project management, management, business administration, healthcare management, or public health is desirable;

English language proficiency at C1 level;

Experience in project planning and implementation will be considered an advantage;

Experience in international accreditation, quality management, research, or international projects will be considered an additional advantage;

Willingness to develop and seek new opportunities;

Ability to quickly master a new field and apply knowledge in practice;

Planning, organizing, and teamwork skills;

High sense of responsibility.

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of the Candidate's employment. The obtained information is stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In addition, in the presence of disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), its term, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.
