Main functions:

• Implementation of the company's sales concept in the store;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the store's plan, budget, and strategic goals;
• Constant monitoring of sales and caring for improving results;
• Caring for the growth and development of employees, promoting their involvement and motivation;
• Evaluation of employees' working time and performance;
• Monitoring the correct layout of products in the store and increasing the advertising image;
• Control over prices, product quality, and service level;
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the store's operation;
• Increasing profitability and sales turnover;
• Conducting research between departments to increase commercial efficiency;
• Regular cooperation with suppliers;
• Ensuring and controlling the observance of hygiene standards and safety norms in the store;
• Active reporting to the company's operational management.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in business administration;
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position in the retail sector;
• Knowledge of English;
• High-level knowledge of office programs.
