Distribution and Logistics Manager

Company "Prime Product" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Distribution and Logistics Manager.

"Prime Product" is a distribution company that ensures the distribution of products of the Georgian flour manufacturing company "Premier".

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and result-oriented person who will effectively plan and manage the company's product distribution and logistics processes.

Main responsibilities:

Timely organization of product distribution to customers; Planning and optimization of orders, deliveries, and routes; Coordination and control of drivers' and assistants' work processes; Planning drivers' routes and organizing daily routes; Constant coordination with the Warehouse Manager - preparation, loading, and timely removal of orders; Correct distribution of orders and control of delivery deadlines; Communication with new customers and agreement on delivery terms; Timely resolution of issues arising in the distribution process; Working on optimizing distribution costs; Coordination with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of orders and deliveries; Management of daily operational processes and preparation of relevant information/reports for management.

Requirements for the candidate:

Experience working in a similar position; Ability to organize and manage several processes simultaneously; High sense of responsibility; Good communication and negotiation skills; Ability to quickly solve problems and make decisions; Ability to work effectively with a team; Knowledge of office programs, Excel, will be considered an advantage; B category driver's license will be considered an advantage.
