Senior Banker for Small Business - Tbilisi

Public Company “Bank of Georgia” Small Business Sales Department is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Banker for Small Business in Tbilisi.

In case of employment in this position, you will have the opportunity:

• To plan and conduct client visits, introduce existing business credit products and services;

• To identify client needs, offer relevant credit products and present their advantages;

• To study and analyze client business activities and financial status;

• To prepare credit applications and present them to the committee;

• To have constant communication with clients and provide consultations when necessary.

We value your qualification:

Education: Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, economics or business administration.

Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in business lending.

Required knowledge and skills

• Language skills: Georgian - fluent, preferably conversational English;

• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills;

• High level of responsibility and high work motivation and activity;

• Organizational skills, planning, correct determination of work goals and time management;

• Logical and analytical thinking.

• Professional knowledge of office computer programs;

• Service skills - politeness, kindness, willingness to help;
